What clients and participants have to say…
Pomp and Circumstance, March 2014
“I attended a seminar for igniting the passion in your career presented by Laurel Gregory at a professional conference. In reading the description of the seminar, and as someone who feels passionate about my career, I figured that the seminar might give me some survival skills that I could stash away for later in my career should I ever start to feel burnt out. I admit to having low expectations and was somewhat concerned that I might not be choosing the most useful way to spend my professional development time at the conference. I presumed I would be in a room full of burnt out colleagues with a “woe is me” session and simply hoped I could glean tips to keep me from becoming burnt out. Boy was I ever wrong. I realize after attending Laurel’s presentation that this was the most important session I attended at the convention.
In this class, Laurel inspired me to explore who I am and what motivates me. She helped me to shape my goals for the future. Her presentation style and approach earned my trust and gave me permission to engage in a sometimes awkward process of self exploration. By immersing myself into the session, acknowledging the inner feelings that emerged throughout, and giving in to the process that Laurel guided us through, I arrived at the end of the session with an exuberant, focused, and clear direction for my career path that continues to drive me. I feel fortunate to have attended this event and highly recommend that others seize the opportunity to attend should Laurel offer courses in the future.”

“Laurel Gregory’s passion for living is evident throughout her workshop. It is not often that any of us are allowed the luxury of a task that encourages you to reflect on your purpose and mission in life. If everyone lived the way Laurel suggests, there would be a lot of positive energy in the world! I highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in revitalizing their outlook and making a difference in the world.”

“I attended Laurel Gregory’s “recharge your audiology battery” session at a state audiology conference a few months ago, and was pleased to learn some very useful tools to force me to narrow down my priorities and goals in life and focus on what is most important to my future.
My daily work is satisfying but I know it isn’t what I will do until retirement. I love my field, and want to teach others to love it. Laurel taught me to decide what is more important on a day-to-day level, in order to make this goal happen. I am trying to incorporate these new skills into my workdays, so my dream can become my reality!” ~Cristen Plummer, AuD
“I found Laurel Gregory’s presentation an eye opening experience well worth the time invested. I came away revitalized and focused on what is most important to me and to my success in this profession. Through a series of short exercises Laurel helped narrow and focus our passions to improve what we do and make us more successful. The exercises and class participation led to valuable learning outcomes that can be applied to every individual in their daily work and personal lives. I strongly recommend Laurel’s course to recharge your audiology battery.”
